Herb Roasted Potatos

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pound new potatoes, assorted varieties and colors are great
- 6 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sage
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- Extra-virgin olive oil
Cheesy Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 and grease or spray a 9x13 dish or larger
- 2 bags of Kroger brand frozen roasted redskin potatoes with sea salt & cracked pepper, thawed. (or 2 pounds of frozen hashbrown potatoes)
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1 8oz package of shredded sharp cheddar
Lemon & Rosemary marinated Grilled Chicken

Serve with Couscous and sauteed mushrooms
- 4 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 3 tablespoons Essence, divided, recipe follows
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
Sauteed Cremini Mushrooms

Set a 12-inch saute pan over medium-high heat
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Greek Dressing

- 1/4 c (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 c packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c banana liquer
- 1/4 c dark rum
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (8 3/4 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 3/4 sticks)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (3 1/2 ounces)
- 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar (5 1/4 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 3 heaping teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 c of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 heaping table spoon of flour
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
