- 8 ounces uncooked campanelle (bell flower-shaped pasta) or rigatoni
- 12 ounces peeled and deveined extra-large shrimp
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons grated pecorino Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Kosher Salt to taste

- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 1 can of Armour Dried Beef
- 3 Spring Onions
- 1 tsp Accent (optional)
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt (or to taste)
Cheese Cart Mac & Cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium heat
- Crunchy Garlic Bread Crumb Topping:
- 1 pound orecchiette pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups milk, at room temperature
- 1/4 pound Asiago cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound fontina cheese, shredded
- 1/4 pound Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
- 2 cups fresh bread crumbs, toasted*
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 20 olives stuffed with pimientos
Asian Slaw

Oil/vinegar based coleslaw
- 16 oz package of shredded cole slaw
- 1 bunch of green onions- chopped
- 2 packages of beef Ramen Noodles- crunched up
- 1 c of slivered almonds
- 1 c of sunflowwer seeds- toasted
- 1 c of oil (1/3 c olive, 2/3 c vegetable)
- 1/3 c white vinegar
- 1/3 c sugar
Spicy Corn Salad

Mix it together, dish it into little bowls, garnish with a cilantro leaf
- 4 ears of corn, kernels cut straight off the cob
- 1/2 cup black beans (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tsp. minced shallot or red onion
- 4 tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
