- 2 bags of Kroger brand frozen roasted redskin potatoes with sea salt & cracked pepper, thawed. (or 2 pounds of frozen hashbrown potatoes)
- 1 pound sour cream
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1 8oz package of shredded sharp cheddar
Preheat oven to 375 and grease or spray a 9x13 dish or larger.
Mix all ingredients, place in the dish and bake for 1 hour.
You can transfer to a crockpot to keep it warm.
