Majel's Monkey Bread

Dip each piece of biscuit in the butter mix first, then coat with the sugar/cinnamon mixture Drop pieces loosely ...
- In one bowl:
- 2 packages of refrigerated biscuits (I use Grands), each biscuit cut into fourths (I use a pizza wheel)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 TABLESPOON vanilla extract
- (mix together)
- In another bowl:
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- (mix together)
Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Pizza Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes (recommended: fire roasted Muir Glen)
- 1 tablespoon julienned fresh basil leaves, plus sprig for garnish
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Bottom Layer:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile flakes
- Pizza Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced (1/4-inch) red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1/2 cup quartered and thinly sliced crimini mushrooms
- 1 cup small-dice buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Serving suggestions: Toasted pizza dough strips, toasted pita strips, or crackers
Cilantro-Lemon Shrimp

Grilled shrimp
- 1 cup picked cilantro leaves
- 1 cup picked parsley leaves
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 pound large shrimp (about 30) peeled, deveined
Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 c self rising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/3 c shortening
- 1/4 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1/4 stick butter, melted

Literally the best cheesecake on earth!
- Crust:
- 3/4 cup coarsely ground walnuts (or pecans)
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- Filling:
- 4 8-oz packages cream cheese (don't go generic) - room temp!
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Topping:
- 2 cups sour cream, mixed with
- 1/4 sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Sausage Balls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb of hot sausage
- 1 lb of regular sausage
- 3 c Bisquick
- 2 8oz pkgs of shredded cheddar
Sausage Dip

Brown the sausage, lower heat to med
- 1 pkg of hot Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 can Rotell original or hot
- 1 8oz pkg of creak cheese
Candy Corn Poke Cake

Prepare the cake batter according to the directions on the back of the box
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- orange & yellow food coloring (or red+yellow makes orange!)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8oz tub of Cool Whip (or more if you like a little extra!)
- 1 package of candy corn for garnish
Short Bread Cookies

In a separate bowl whisk the flour w/ the salt & set aside
- 1 c (2 sticks) Grade AA unsalted butter at room temp
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Chicken Wing Dip

Boil chicken breast until fully cooked then cut into small pieces
- 3 Chicken breast
- 8 oz. (1pkg) Cream cheese
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup Ranch
- (1-2 cups) Mexican blend shredded cheese
- Hot sauce
