NaNa Wanda’s Chili with Corn Muffins and Hot Pepper Jelly (debora j.)

1. Gather all ingredients
- If you want it Spicy add:
- 1 large organic red onion, chopped in food processor
- 3 T. grape seed oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. grass feed ground beef
- 1 lb. skirt steak, ground in food processor
- 2 pork tenderloins, ground in food processor
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder
- 1 28 oz. can organic whole tomatoes
- 1 26 oz. box organic strained tomatoes
- 1 48oz bottle organic tomato juice
- 1 7 oz. jar organic tomato paste
- 1/4 c. whiskey
- 1/3 c. tequila
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 jar of organic tomato paste
- 1 organic lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 T. organic garlic powder
- 3 T. organic brown sugar
- 1 bunch fresh organic cilantro, chopped in a food processor
- 1 red bell pepper, organic
- 1 yellow bell pepper, organic
- 1 orange bell pepper, organic
- 1 green bell pepper, organic
- 1 ancho pepper
- 1 15oz. can organic black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15oz. can organic pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15oz. can organic white navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bag frozen organic white corn
- 1/2 c. Frank Hot sauce
- 1/2 jar pickled jalepenos
- 3 sliced jalepeno peppers
- 1 tsp. crushed red peppers
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipolte peppers
- Tabassco to taste
- Any other peppers you want to chop and add.
- Hot Pepper Jelly
- 20 fresh peppers, jalepenos, liberty bell, serrano, and scotch bonnets if you dare!
- 3 c. organic white sugar
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 2 boxes corn muffin mix
Chicken and Penne Pasta over Arugula served with blueberries and cantaloupe

Lactose and soy free. Substitute gluten free penne for a gluten free meal
- 1 box penne pasta, use gluten free if desired
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts, trimmed and sliced
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 - 14 oz. can organic diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. organic basil, rinsed and torn into pieces
- 1 tsp. organic apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 organic scallions, washed and sliced
- 1 box of pre-washed baby arugula
- 1 organic lemon juiced
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 organic cantaloupe, diced
- 1 pint organic blueberries, rinsed
Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Blueberry Applesauce

Classic meatloaf recipe is served with homemade mashed potatoes, peas and a side of blueberry applesauce
- 2 pounds grass feed 90/10 ground beef
- 2 large organic eggs
- 1 1/2 cup organic bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup organic ketchup
- 2 tablespoons organic minced onions
- 1 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 (8-ounce) can organic tomato sauce
- 4 organic russet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/4 cup salted organic butter
- 1/4 cup plain organic unsweetened almond milk
- 1 bag frozen organic baby peas
- 3 cups applesauce
- 1 pint organic blueberries, rinsed
Baked Ham, Butternut Squash, Pineapples, Brussels Sprouts, Blueberries and Strawberries

1. Pre-heat oven to 320 degrees
- 6 pound ham, fully cooked boneless

- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1c. ginger ale
- 1 Butternut Squash
- 2 T. maple syrup
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. butter
- 6 oz. brussels sprouts

- 1 fresh pineapple

- First layer:
- 2 packages of organic graham crackers
- 2 Tbsp. organic grass fed butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
- Second layer:
- 16 oz. lactose free organic cream cheese (like Green Valley)
- 1/2 c. organic cane sugar
- 3 large organic free range chicken eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Third layer:
- 32 oz. lactose free organic sour cream (like Green Valley)
- 3/4 c. organic cane sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Blueberry Cobbler with lactose free vanilla ice cream

- Crumble:
- 1/2 c. organic salted butter, melted
- 1/2 c. unbleached white organic flour
- 1/4 c. organic cane sugar
- 1/4 c. organic brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Berries:
- 1/4 c. vodka
- 4 pints of fresh organic blueberries, washed (2 bags of frozen organic blueberries can be used instead)
- 3/4 c. organic cane sugar
- 1/4 c. organic light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. organic flour

- 1/2 cup organic coconut flour
- 5 Tbs. organic coconut oil, or organic butter, melted

- 1/4 tsp. unrefined sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Chicken Pot Pie with Applesauce and Blueberries

- 2 cups water
- 3 T. organic Better Than Bouillon Chicken paste, or 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- garlic powder, salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. organic plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 c. bouillon broth, reserved from cooked chicken
- 1 package frozen organic mixed vegetables
- 1 organic red bell pepper, diced
- 2 stalks organic celery, diced
- 1/4 c. organic salted butter, melted
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. corn starch
- 2 T. minced onions
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 pre made pie crust such as Pillsbury
- 1 egg for glazing
- 2 cups applesauce
