- 1 package organic baby spinach
- 1 pint organic white mushrooms

Chicken Provencal with Raspberries, Mandarin Oranges and Blueberries

1.Place rice in rice cooker
- 2 cups of white rice, cooked in rice cooker, substitute chicken broth for water - same amount
- 1 organic lemon, peel grated. (save lemon and use juice below)
- 6 boneless, skinless organic chicken breast
- Olive oil spray
- 1 T. organic minced onions
- 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 organic leek, white part only, cleaned and sliced
- 1 organic, heirloom zucchini, cut in half and sliced
- 1 organic red bell pepper cut into strips

1.Soak beans overnight. Drain and boil beans
- 2 boxes (64oz) organic free range chicken broth
- 1 c. Pinot Noir
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 can organic cannelli beans, drained
- 5 large organic carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa, boiled for 30 minutes, sliced

- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt

- 2 packages frozen organic pizza dough
