Peach Pie

You can substitute canned peaches when fresh peaches are out of season
- 12 fresh organic peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. organic brown sugar
- 1/4 c. organic sugar
- 1/3 c. organic white flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. peach snapps
- 2 pre-made pie crusts, such as Pillsbury
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/4 c. organic turbinado sugar

- 16 ounces organic chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoons organic peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 4 scallions
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 organic jalepenos
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 3/4 cup organic tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch organic cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 10 white asparagus
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 fresh organic pineapple
- 1 pint organic blueberries
Beef Burgundy over Egg Noodles and Blueberries

1. Slice filet mignon into cubes
- 1 pound filet mignon
- 2 t. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 2 c. red wines
- 4 c. beef broth
- 2 c. organic baby carrots
- 2 T. minced onions
- 1 bag frozen peas and onions
- 1 pint organic white mushrooms, sliced
- 3 T. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. herbs de provence
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag of egg noodles

Chicken Marsala

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 T. organic butter
- 25 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 2 T. minced onions
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/2 c. marsala wine
- 1 T. apple cider vinegar
- 16 oz. organic chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 5 oz. organic spinach
- 1 T. fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 oz. fetticini

- 7 oz. organic tomato paste
- 1 c. dry wine wine
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. organic sugar
- 1 turkish bay leaf
- 2 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp. mint, dried
- 2 c. organic white mushrooms, sliced

- 3 1/2 cups cooked organic jasmati rice
- 1 large organic red onion, chopped in the food processor
- 1 T. organic salted butter
- 4 chicken andouille sausage, sliced
- 2 T. organic tomato paste
- 2 cups organic free range chicken broth
- 2 Stalks organic celery, chopped
- 1 can organic kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz. (1/2 bag) sliced okra, frozen
- 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 organic lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp. creole seasonings
- 1/2 tsp dried chipotle peppers
- hot sauce (like Frank’s) to taste

- 2 packages organic shiitake mushrooms, stems removed , sliced
