Peach Pie

You can substitute canned peaches when fresh peaches are out of season. Use 3 - 23.5oz. jars of peaches, well drained.
Ingredients
- 12 fresh organic peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c. organic brown sugar
- 1/4 c. organic sugar
- 1/3 c. organic white flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. peach snapps
- 2 pre-made pie crusts, such as Pillsbury
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/4 c. organic turbinado sugar

Step 1
1. Pre heat oven to 420 degrees.
2. Take pre-made pie crust out of refrigerator to bring to room temperature.
3. Combine brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and peach snapps in a large bowl.
4. Add peeled and cut peaches to the mixture.
5. Unroll pie crust and place in the pie pan.
6. Pour the peach mixture into the pie pan. Cover with the second pie crust.
7. In a small bowl, mix egg white and water with a fork. Then paint egg white mixture on the top crust with a pastry brush. Sprinkle sugar on top of pie.
8. Place pie in pre-heated oven. Set timer for 20 minutes.
9. After 20 minutes cover the pie with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and let cool at least 3 hours before serving.
