- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 ounces pork tenderloin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt-free herb seasoning
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Hot cooked brown or long grain rice (optional)
Italian Beef Skillet

1. Trim separable fat from round steak, then cut meat into 4 serving-size pieces
- 1 pound beef round steak
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 114-1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed or 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
