- 3 toes of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3/4 cup lean ground beef or 1 cup of ground turkey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can cannellini or other white beans
- 1 large can stewed whole stewed
