Sticky Grilled Chicken

Cut chicken breasts in half across their width
- 3 lbs. chicken breast and thighs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
