- Dough mixture: add in order listed
- 3/4 cup of milk plus 2 Tbsp
- 1 egg
- 3 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp butter (softened) cut into 8 pcs around the outside of bread pan.
- add 1 1/2 tsps active dry yeast
- Spread 4 tbsps of butter at room temperature...to spread over dough.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps of cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 ozs cream cheese, softened
- 7 Tbsps butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsps milk
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
