Gingered Beef Stir Fry

In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, sherry, and ginger; Add the beef
- 1/2 lb. Beef Flank Steak, cut into thin strips
- 3 Tbsp Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce, divided
- 1 Tbsp Sherry
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger root, minced OR a dash of ground ginger (I use the ground ginger)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 tsp Hoisin Sauce (similar to an Asian BBQ Sauce)
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp canola oil, divided
- 2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups hot cooked rice OR noodles

- 14 oz. Corn Chex Cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 2 cups Red and Green M&M's

This is a recipe that Katie found in one of our cookbooks and she has perfected it
- 2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 3 1/2 oz. package sliced pepperoni
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano

- Half of a 15 oz. can Contadina Pizza Sauce
- 6.5 oz. pkg Betty Crocker Pizza Crust
- 3/4 of a 3.5 oz. pkg Hormel Pepperoni Slices
- Two 4 oz. cans Green Giant Mushroom Stems & Pieces, drained
- 6 oz. can Large Pitted Black Olives, drained and sliced in half
- 16 oz. pkg Sargento Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano (optional)

- 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken, thawed and cut into small cubes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
