Classic Green Bean Casserole (Large Group)

This is the green bean casserole that I found on the back of the cans of green beans and it is a family favorite
- Four 14 1/2 oz. cans Del Monte French Style Green Beans, drained
- Three 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 12 oz. can French's Original French Fried Onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 - 1 tsp. pepper

This is my favorite lasagna recipe that I have perfected over the years
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 8-10 Lasagna noodles
- 26 oz. jar Prego Spaghetti Sauce with Meat Flavor
- 15 oz. pkg Sargento Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz. Sargento Country Casserole Cheese OR Kraft Colby & Jack Cheese
- 8 oz. Sargento 6 Cheese Italian Cheese OR Kraft Pizza Cheese
- 8 oz. Green Giant Mushrooms Stems & Pieces, drained
- Garlic Cheese Bread OR Garlic Bread
Crispy Boneless Skinless Chicken

This is the only way that I fry chicken and I use boneless, skinless chicken with olive oil
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 - 2 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp Nature's Seasons
- 2 - 3 eggs

- 1 cup Tortilla Chips, crushed into small pieces
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 – 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 cup Cookies BBQ Sauce plus extra (for the top of the Meatloaf)

- 3 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups (cooked) carrots, quartered (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper

- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

Mediterranean Chicken with Olives

This was the first pasta dish that I made and Jay really enjoyed it so much that he always has seconds
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Two 15 oz. jars of Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 - 2 6 oz. cans black olives, sliced
- 1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 12 oz. fettuccine pasta, cooked

- 1/2 of a 16 oz. box of Angel Hair Pasta ( or 2 cups Elbow Noodles)
