This was my Mom's recipe for Goulash and I really enjoyed this meal!
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil & Oregano (NOT drained)
- 10 3/4 oz. can of Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow noodles OR shell noodles, cooked and drained
- Basil
- Paprika
- Parmesan Cheese
Stuffed Mushrooms

This is a recipe that Kayla created since she wanted to make her own stuffed mushrooms
- 16 oz. Button Mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 - 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Oven Baked Pork Ribs

This is the best recipe (that I've found) to make pork ribs in the oven
- 3 1/2 lbs. Fresh Pork Loin Country Style Ribs
- Two 18 oz. bottles of Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Cinnamon Pumpkin Roll with Chocolate Filling

This is an excellent recipe that I saw on Food Network around Thanksgiving time
- Cake
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- Filling
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, such as Ghirardelli
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese, at room temperature

Jazzed Up Green Beans

- 2 cups ham, chopped OR 2 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled

BBQ Hotdogs

This is a recipe that Grandpa and Nanna Jobes made when the girls went out to visit
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 8 - 10 Hotdogs
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup water
Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

This soup has excellent flavor and the creamy texture warms your soul
- 9 oz. box cubed chicken
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 Tbsp onion, minced
- 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Potato Soup
- 14 oz. can Chicken Broth
- 6 oz. box of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain and Wild Rice – Herb Roasted Chicken Flavor OR
- 6.9 oz. box of Rice-a-Roni Chicken Flavor OR any other chicken flavored multi-grain rice mix
- 8 cups water
Heather's Spaghetti Casserole

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef
- 2 – 2 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1/3 of a 16 oz. box Angel Hair Pasta
- 26 oz. jar Prego Meat Flavor Spaghetti Sauce
- 8 oz. Green Giant Mushroom Stems and Pieces
- 8 – 12 oz. Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups green peppers, chopped
- Parmesan Cheese
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
