- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Spaghetti Sauce with Meat

Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, and green pepper in a large saucepan
- 1 lb ground beet
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
GRILLED SNAPPER WITH CAPER SAUCE

- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Meaty Pasta Casseroles

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 16 ounce Package of Penne Pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb bulk italian sauage
- 1-3/4 cups fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces)itilian diced tomatoes
- 1 jar (25.6 ounces) italian sausage and garlic spaghetti sause
- 1 jar (16 ounces) chunky mild salsa
- 1 package (8oz) sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (26 oz) three-cheese spashetti sauce
Cinnamon Spice Rub

- Serves 3-4
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Blend together chili powder and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork with spice mixture, salt and pepper. Place on roasting pan. Roast until thermometer inserted into center of pork registers 150°F, about 20 minutes.
Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sherry (or red wine) vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped white onions
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Directions
- Blend together the sherry (or red wine) vinegar, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped white onions. Slowly add in extra virgin olive oil until it is emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
