  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped white onions
  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Directions
  • Blend together the sherry (or red wine) vinegar, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped white onions. Slowly add in extra virgin olive oil until it is emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
