Beef Brisket

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C)
- 1 (5 pound) flat-cut corned beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon browning sauce (such as Kitchen Bouquet®), or as desired
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
Sweet Snack Mix

1. In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, and nuts; set aside
- ● 3 cup Honey Graham cereal
- ● 1 cup miniature pretzels
- ● 1 cup salted peanuts
- ● 1 cup pecan halves
- ● 1 pkg (10 or 12 oz) vanilla or white chips
Slow Cooker Stew with Sausage

1. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil into the bottom of a Crock Pot or slow cooker and turn it on to High
- Virgin olive oil, as needed
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 4 medium carrots, chopped
- 4 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, diced
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 14-oz cans Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes- diced or crushed as you prefer
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon each of: dried basil and parsley
- Hot red pepper flakes, shake to taste
- 5-6 cups organic broth, as needed
- 8 organic free-range buffalo sausages, sliced
Celery-Sticks and Dip

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- ● 1 8- oz. package cream cheese
- ● 3/4 cup salsa
- ● 8 oz. grated Cheddar
- ● 8 celery stalks, cut into 3-inch-x-1/2-inch lengths
- ● 1/2 cup sliced almonds, optional
Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna

CHILL OVERNIGHT
- 1 box instant or regular vanilla or French vanilla pudding, prepared according to pkg (with milk)
- 1 box Nutter Butter Cookies (Keep a couple for crumbling on top)
- 8 oz Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream
- 1 bag Mini Peanut Butter Cups, chopped, divided (keep a few for decorating top)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted in microwave (Keep a little for drizzling on top)

- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup bright blue sports drink (such as Gatorade G2 Blueberry Pomegranate)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
- 10 drops blue food coloring (more or less to get desired color)
- 1 to 2 ounces Fluffy Marshmallow flavor vodka*
- WHITE LAYER:
- 2 cartons (8 ounces) Yoplait Greek Honey Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 to 2 ounces Fluffy Marshmallow flavor vodka*
- RED LAYER:
- 1 carton (6 ounce) Yoplait Light Strawberry yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup bright red sports drink (such as Gatorade G2 X-Factor Fruit Punch + Berry)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
- 10 drops red food coloring (more or less to get desired color)
- 1 to 2 ounces Fluffy Marshmallow flavor vodka*
- GARNISH IDEAS:
- cream, whipped berries, sprinkles, decorative straws, etc.
Stuffing-Patti's

1. Break bread into bite-size pieces and lay out on cookie sheets-LET SIT OVERNIGHT
- ● 3 qt. Bread
- ● 1 1/2 cup chicken bouillon, 1 1/2 cubes + 1 1/2 cup water)
- ● 3 eggs, beaten
- ● 1 cup melted butter
- ● 1 cup chopped onion
- ● 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- ● 1 tbsp salt
- ● 1/2 tsp pepper
- ● 2 cup celery, chopped
- ● 1/2 cup pimentoes, chopped
Chicken- Melt in your mouth Chicken

- 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt

Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

1. Beat 12 eggs until well blended
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 lbs of hash brown potatoes. you can use frozen hash browns, just cook for 8-9 hours, instead of the 7-8
- 1 lb of bacon or veggie Morning Star bacon- cooked drained and cut into pieces. (feel free to substitute with your favorite breakfast meat..sausage, ham, etc)
- 1/2 cup onions - diced
- 1 red pepper
- Small broccoli florets
- 3 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp of pepper I am recommending an additional pinch of salt and pepper for each layer of hash browns
Chicken and Rice Casserole

- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
