- ● 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- ● 4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- ● 1 tsp. salt
- ● 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (maybe try pizza sauce??)
- 1 pound bulk italian sausage, cooked and drained
- 1- 6 oz jar mushrooms
- ● 1/2 tsp. oregano
- ● pepperoni
Balsamic Chicken

Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute

- 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (recommended: Old Bay)

In a skillet over medium heat, stir 1/4 cup of sugar together with the pecans
- 1 head leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 3 pears - peeled, cored and chopped
- 5 ounces Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
Mexican Chocolate Pudding (Vegan and Gluten Free)

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and cayenne pepper
- • 3 Tbsp Sugar
- • 2 Tbsp Corn Starch, or Tapioca Starch
- • 2 tsp Cinnamon
- • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (makes it spicy, so optional if you don’t want Mexican flavored)
- • 2 cups Dairy free milk, cold
- • 3/4 cup Enjoy Life Foods semi-sweet mini chips or dark morsels
- • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- * 8 oz Cool Whip
- * Raspberries
