Philly Cheesy Pizza Dip

SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate; cover with sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. each chopped red and green peppers
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Tomato Pasta

COOK pasta as directed on package
- 3 cups whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Creamy Beef Fold-Over

1.Move oven rack to lowest position; heat oven to 375°F
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups Green Giant ® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
Tuna Noodle Casserole

1.Stir the soup, milk, peas, tuna and noodles in a 3-quart casserole
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cans (10 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 4 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Excellent Chili Recipe

Brown ground beef and onions, breaking up well
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion – diced
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) cut diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14 ounce) beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 11/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional: 1 can (15 ounce) black soy beans –drained and rinsed well.
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sour Cream
Chicken Alfredo and Rice Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 10 ounce containerrefrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1/2 1/2
- cup milk
- 2 1/2 2 1/2
- cups cooked white rice or wild rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 1/3
- cup chopped bottled roasted red sweet peppers
- 1/4 1/4
- cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Smothered Pork Chops

Make rice as directed on package
- 1 Make rice as directed on package.
- 2 Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook garlic and pork chops in oil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until pork chops are brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 In small bowl, mix soup and cornstarch. Pour over pork chops; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.
S'more Rice Krispies Treat Pinwheel

- 1/4 cup Challenge butter (plus more for greasing)
- 5 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 6 Hershey's chocolate bars
