- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1. Add the diced bacon to a very large skillet or dutch oven and turn heat to medium high
- 8 slices bacon, diced
- 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced onion
- 12 oz (about 4 cups) broccoli florets, roughly chopped into small, bite-sized pieces
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10-oz) cans Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Slow-Cooker Upside Down Chicken Pot Pie

1 Place chicken in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon instant chopped onion
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 jar (18 oz) chicken gravy
- 2 medium celery stalks, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 bag (12 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
Blueberry Muffin Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
- 7/8 cup* + 1 tablespoon sugar**
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1.5 - 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen and unthawed (my brother 2 cups was too many blueberries... I say that's impossible)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup buttermilk (I used 1/2 cup and my batter was so thick I had to to use greased wax paper to spread it in the pan... I'd use 3/4 cup next time!)
- 7/8 cup = 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons
- This 1 tablespoon is for sprinkling on top
Chicken Fettuccine Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13×9 inch casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray
- 1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded*
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1- 16oz package fettuccine noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Italian bread crumbs
- dried parsley flakes
- salt & pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 14-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice*
- 1-1/2 cups frozen peas
- 1 10.75-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.75-oz. can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 1 10- to 10.5-oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
- 1 cup crushed rich round crackers
