Easy Chicken with Rice Casserole

1 Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 5 bone-in chicken breast halves with skin
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Monterey Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. bar-b-que sauce ( I use Bull's Eye)
- 1/4 c. real bacon bits
- 1 c. colby and jack cheese, shredded
- 1 14 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, drained (canned with green chilies added)
- sliced green onions
- pepper
Basil Breadsticks

Brush breadsticks with dressing; sprinkle on seasoning
- 1 tube breadstick dough (9 oz)
- 1/4 cup prepared basil vinaigerette
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
BBQ Salmon

HEAT greased grill to medium-high heat
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 4 salmon fillets or steaks (1 lb.)
Cookie Dough Bark

1.n the bowl of a large stand mixer, cream the butter and the brown sugar until light and fluffy, about two minutes
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 3/4 packed brown sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
Parmesan Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara pasta sauce (homemade here, minus the meat)
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- minced parsley for garnish
Meatballs

Place all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl and combine thoroughly
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parimigiano-Reggiano
- 1 tsp very finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbp finely chopped italian
- 2 tbs olive oil
Cheesy Bacon Meatloaf

HEAT oven to 400°F. MIX all ingredients except bacon
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry Ccrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, seasoning salt, dried oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER partially Cooked Bacon
- 1/2 cup Chili Sauce or Ketchup

Cheeseburger Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups (6 oz) uncooked rotini pasta (use brown rice pasta for GF)
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 lb lean ground beef (95% lean)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cups reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
