1 Spray 4-quart Dutch oven with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- 8 ounces lean turkey Polish-kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked fat-free ham (about 8 oz)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Muir Glen® organic diced tomatoes (from 28-oz can), undrained
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 cup uncooked parboiled (converted) rice
- Red pepper sauce, if desired
Apple Cake Bars

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Squares:
- 1 cup (130 grams) whole spelt, whole wheat pastry, or whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (85 grams) honey*
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive or canola oil
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) unrefined sugar* (brown sugar would work too)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (170 grams) peeled and chopped apple, I recommend Granny Smith or any other apple that’s usually good for baking
- Topping:
- 4 teaspoons unrefined (or granulated) sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup caramel, optional
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

For the Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Dark Chocolate Cake:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups hot water (Or 1 cup hot water plus 1 cup hot coffee)
- 5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- Peanut Butter Frosting
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Campbells Honey Barbacued Ribs

1.Place the ribs into an 8-quart saucepot and add water to cover
- 1 rack pork spareribs (about 4 pounds)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 of a 24-ounce package frozen sandwich steak (4 portions), cut into thick strips
- 4 slices American pasteurized process cheese product
- 1 egg, beaten
BBQ Cups

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1 (12oz.) tube refrigerated biscuits (see notes below)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Classic Macaroni Salad

Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated carrot (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers (optional)
Quinoa Chicken Fried Rice

- 1 cup quinoa or 2 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame or canola oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby carrots and green peas, cooked
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 Low sodium soy sauce to taste (gluten-free if needed)
