Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 - 8 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & cut into pieces
- 1 - 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 - cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 - cup light sour cream
- 1 1/2 - cups Italian style six blend cheese
- (Mozzarella, Provolone, Asiago, Parmesan, Romano and Fontina cheeses)
- paprika for garnish
P.F. Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Make the special sauce by dissolving the sugar in water in a small bowl
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup water chestnut
- 2/3 cup mushroom
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 -5 leaves iceberg lettuce
- Special Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon hot mustard
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Garden Macaroni Salad

In a medium sized bowl, add the pasta, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and celery
- 1/2 lb. Rotini Pasta, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- 1 Plum Tomato, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Hellman's® Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. White Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
Broccoli Salad

THIS RECIPE IS SO TASTY,IT'S SIMPLE TO MAKE AND GOES GREAT WITH ALMOST ANYTHING
- 1 head broccoli, cut in bite size
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 dash salt and pepper
CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

~Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a 12-cup muffin tin
- A box of your favorite brownie mix
- Items required to mix into the brownie mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbs nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- whipped cream for topping
Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- Butter, softened
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 4 to 6 pickled jalapeños, sliced in half lengthwise, seeds and ribs removed, and patted dry
- Sliced American cheese (or whatever cheese you choose), 2-3 slices per sandwich depending on the thickness of the cheese
Taco Bake

Brown and crumble ground beef
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- water as called for on back of seasoning packet
- 3 large flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 1/2 cup Salsa Con Queso
- 1 1/2-2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Pretzel Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken

For the Honey Mustard: Whisk together ingredients until completely combined
- For the Honey Mustard:
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4"-1/8" thick
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Broccoli Rice Casserole

- 2 small chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced (optional)

- 1 (14 ounce) can Low-Sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1-2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded

- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
