Charlottesville Salad

For the Pecans: Melt Butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- For the Pecans:
- 4 TBS Butter
- 3/4 - 1 Cup Pecans (roughly)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBS Pepper (yes, as in black pepper!)
- For the Dressing:
- Note: I generally double the dressing recipe
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Light)
- 1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 TBS Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- For the Salad:
- Romaine
- Mixed Greens
- Craisins
- Crumbles Feta
- Candied Pecans
- Charlottesville Dressing
- Chopped Apples (optional)
- (Sweet Gala or Pink Lady works well!)
- Cucumber (optional)
- Tomato (optional)
Million Dollar Spaghetti

First: Go ahead and put your over on 350! Boil those noodles!! While they are boiling go ahead and mix up the cream...
- 1 lb. of Ground Beef
- 1 can of Spaghetti Sauce
- 8 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Sour Cream
- 1/2 lb. of Cottage Cheese
- Whole Stick of Butter
- 8 oz. of Noodles
- Bag of Sharp Chedder Chee
Mushroom Risotto

Heat oil in large skillet or saucepan
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup onions, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup white mushrooms, diced
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup rice (I used long grain)
- 2 1/2 cups beef stock
Savory Meatloaf

Thoroughly mix the beef, 1/2 cup soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Pork Tenderloin, the Best Ever

I have tried many recipes for pork tenderloin and this is the absolute best ever
- 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 -2 cup flour
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (40 g) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups hot water
Crock Pot Brisket Roll Sandwiches - GOODEness Gracious

Place the roast in the crock pot Mix mustards and brush onto roast Sprinkle onion soup mix on top
- 3 lb Brisket or Chuck Roast
- 1/2 Cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 8 Rolls
Won Ton Chicken Salad

In a large bowl, mix all the salad ingredients except the fried won ton wrappers and sesame seeds and refrigerate
- For the salad:
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 15 About 15 won ton wrappers, fried in oil until golden brown and crispy
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds for garnish
- For the chicken:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Dash of Accent (This is MSG--a flavor enhancer and can be found in the spice aisle at the grocery store)
- Dressing:
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 5 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
RED VELVET SANDWICH COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cookies
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Filling
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
ROTEL RANCH DIP

In a mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and 1/2 a pack of ranch dressing mix (add more or less for taste)
- Sour Cream (16 oz)
- 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
- 1/2 pack of Ranch dressing mix
- Shredded cheese
- Ritz crackers for serving
ORZO ALFREDO WITH BACON AND PEAS

Cook orzo according to directions on box
- 1/2 pound orzo
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cup oeas
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnishing
- 5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
