  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Andouille or other smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces (optional)
