  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • For the Sandwiches:
  • 1-2 loaves of French bread
  • iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2-3 tomatoes, sliced
