EASY CHICKEN CHILI

In a 4 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (I always omit this and it still tastes great)
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream, if desired (I love sour cream so I always add it!)
- chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Peel and cube potatoes in uniform sized cubes
- 3 whole Large Potatoes, Cooked And Mashed
- Milk, Sour Cream, Butter, To Taste, For Mashed Potatoes
- 4 Tablespoons Of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
- Leftover Pot Roast
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Mississippi Sin

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except French bread; stirring until well blended
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cups butter, or margarine
- 6 quarts plain popped popcorn
- 2 packages Kool-Aid (any flavor you want)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 275°. Line standard muffin pans with liners
- 42 Oreos, 30 left whole and 12 coarsely chopped
- 2 pounds (32 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream

Crab Salad

Step 1: Break up the crab into small chunks
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crab
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 4 hamburger buns

Slice the steak into thin strips, then cut them into bite-sized pieces
- 1 top sirloin steak
- 4 tbsp soy sauce, plus 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green pepper
- 1 white onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 6 oz. chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup chicken stock

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Ingredients for the cupcakes:
- 1 package devil’s food cake mix
- 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs; lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 24-30 frozen Snickers Miniatures (must be frozen!)
- Ingredients for the buttercream frosting:
- 3 sticks butter; room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 pounds confectioners’ sugar
- 1/3 cup caramel topping; plus more for drizzling
- 12 Snickers Miniatures, cut in 1/2 diagonally to garnish
