Memphis Cornmeal Battered Cod

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) ice cold beer
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Peanut oil
- 6 (6-ounce) cod fillets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Tartar Sauce, recipe follows
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper relish, jarred
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- GRAND MARNIER BAR-B-QUE SAUCE:
- Nice Slab of Pork Ribs
- 3/4 cup of chicken broth
- Garlic and salt water for brining (brining means to soak in)
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Ground Pepper (to taste)
- Herb & Garlic seasoning (to taste)
- 1 cup ketchup (I use Heinz)
- 1/4 cup Country Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Grand Marnier (liquor – you can omit and add extra sugar)
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 1 tbsp. ground pepper
Crockpot Spaghetti-O's

Combine all ingredients in 3-4 qt
- 2 handfuls spaghetti pasta broken into pieces (or any shape you choose will do!)
- 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 20 frozen fully cooked meatballs (optional)
- 1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- FOR MEATBALLS
- 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 3/4 cups Oats
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Very Finely Minced Onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Plenty Of Ground Black Pepper, to taste

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (coating For Frozen Meatballs)
- Canola Oil

- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 4 Tablespoons (to 6 Tablespoons) Onion
- 1 dash Tabasco
Spaghetti ala Philly

Cook the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound ground beef (I sprinkle some Italian seasonings and garlic in my beef)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- Sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, optional
