BBQ Pot Roast over Cheddar Ranch Grits | Plain Chicken

Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over roast
- Roast
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (4-5 lb.) boneless chuck roast, trimmed
- 1 (12 oz) can coke
- 1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup milk
- Grits
- 1 1/2 cup quick cook grits (not instant)
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 - 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 large red potatoes, scrubbed, cut into large cubes
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled, cut into large cubes
- 1 carrot, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 parsnips, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 1/8ths
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons melted butter

In a skillet brown beef with union until full cooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 10-12 slices white bread
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Potato Salad

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
- 2 pounds raw red potatoes (washed)
- 6 eggs
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Rolo Cake Mix Bars

Preheat oven to 350° Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow, vanilla or white cake mix ( I used Duncan Hines), dry
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 40 Rolo Candies, unwrapped and cut in half
Asian Turkey Meatballs with Sweet Peanut Sauce

Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Speedy Chili

In a large pot, brown and drain ground beef
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup water
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 onion, diced (I always just use about 4 Tbsp. minced onion)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cans kidney beans
- shredded cheddar (optional)

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/8 cup salsa
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- 1 prebaked 12-inch thing pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 medium ripe avocados (peeled and thinly sliced)
