- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon siracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

- 4 boneless pork chops
CORNBREAD SALAD

For the dressing, mix sour cream, milk and ranch powder and set aside
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 cups Leftover Cornbread Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Kidney Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Corn, Drained
- 1/4 cups Chopped Red Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1-1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 3 cups Chopped Lettuce

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Ranch Mix
- 3 to 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- small pinch of green onions, diced
- 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
Tortellini Tomato Soup

Cook tortellini according to package directions
- 1 pkg. (9oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cans (10oz) Campbell's tomato soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. half-and-half
- 1/2 c. chopped oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Crispy Shrimp Pasta

- 4 oz fettuccine pasta
- 3/4 lb raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

- 1 package (18.25 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough or your favorite cookie recipe
- 1/2 cup prepared vanilla frosting, tinted red
- 1 3/4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 48 slivered almonds
Fresh Fruit Popsicles

1. Combine fruit in a mixing bowl and arrange the mixture into eight 3-ounce popsicle molds
- 1 peach, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1/2 cup)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 3/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups of fruit punch or 100 percent white-grape juice
DONUTS

Start warming the oil in a pot on the stove
- 4-8 cups of oil for frying (the oil needs to be at least 2 inches deep)
- 1 refrigerated tube of 10 biscuits (the smaller tubes, not Grands. I use Pillsbury Country Style biscuits, they come in a 4-pack)
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
