Southern Pecan Pie

Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- 1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (or pecan halves)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. salted butter, melted
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- cinnamon not pictured
Bacon Burgers with Bacon Onion Balsamic Jam

To make the topping, place a large skillet over medium heat
- For the topping:
- 4 thick slices applewood-smoked bacon, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup water
- For the burgers:
- 2 thick slices applewood-smoked bacon
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (85% lean)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- Thinly sliced Gruyere cheese (optional)
- 4 hamburger buns, split
Strawberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Preheat to 350 degrees F
- Ingredients for Cupcakes
- 1 package French Vanilla cake mix
- 1 package strawberry jello (3 oz.)
- 1 cup of fresh strawberry puree (from 1 1/2 cups whole berries)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- Ingredients for Frosting
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberry puree (about 3/4 cup fresh berries)

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray

: Steak 'n Sheak Frisco Melts Copycat

1. If you haven't already prepared the caramelized onions, do so first and set aside
- Frisco Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 onion, sliced thin and caramelized
- 8 slices American cheese
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island
- 1 Tbsp. Russian dressing
Chicken and Gravy

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- One whole chicken cut up, or 6 to 8 pieces of dark meat chicken, legs, thighs or a combination
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
- 1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste
- About a cup or so canola oil
- 1-1/2 cups of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
- 3/4 cup of reserved seasoned flour
- 4 to 6 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of chicken base, or granulated bouillon
Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon to desired crispness
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (reduced fat would work), softened
- 8 ounces sour cream (reduced fat would work)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips for serving
Pizza Stuffed Chicken Breasts

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1.25 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, (or 4 chicken breasts), pounded thin
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp italian blend
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup pizza (or pasta) sauce + 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for topping)
- 12 turkey pepperonis
Tuna Macaroni Salad

Kicking it old school-style with elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle relish
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 can chunk light tuna, drained
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dijon-style mustard
- 4-5 drops pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. course black pepper
CANDY BAR CUPCAKES

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 box (18oz) cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- small box instant pudding (I used chocolate w/ Devils Food cake mix & vanilla w/ Vanilla cake mix)
- 24 mini candy bars of your choice (Snickers, Milky Way, Rolos)
