- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Pat's Spicy Peach Hot Wings

- Peanut oil, for frying
- Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut at joint
- 1/2 stick (2 ounces) butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
BAYOU CHICKEN PASTA

Set a large 1-gallon stock pot of water to a boil and add the kosher salt
- Emeril's ESSENCE Creole Seasoning (also referred to as Bayou Blast):
- 1 pound linguine
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons Essence, recipe follows
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped habanero pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Simple Cajun Spice Mix

Place sliced chicken, onion and peppers in a gallon-size ziplock bag
- 1 pound Chicken breasts, sliced into 1 inch strips
- 1/2 bottle Lawry's Mesquite or Santa Fe Chili Marinade
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Green pepper, sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1-2 cups Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 6-8 flour tortillas, soft taco size

- 16-17.5 oz. Cooked Macaroni Pasta
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 3 TBSP. Flour
- 1 3/4 C. Milk
- 1/4 C. Heavy Cream
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese-softened
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- 2 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- 1 cups of non-fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbs honey
- 10 large strawberries
- 3-4 tbs graham cracker crumbs
