Slow Cooker Sticky Chicken

Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in the slow cooker
- 3 lbs chicken thighs (you can use any kind of chicken you want, I bought the cheapest that week)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, divided
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (omitted, shh don't tell my husband :)
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
Chili Cheese Dogs

Step 1: In a large pot add water, chicken stock, and tomato paste
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- Chili sauce-
- 1 lb hamburger
- 4 cups water
- 2 (6 ounce) cans chicken stock
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried onions
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Chicken Crunch Wrap

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 fresh vine-on tomato, chopped
- 2 giant romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- Burrito-size tortillas (you can use wheat, as well)
- Corn tortillas (or you could use taco chips, maybe?)
- Nacho Cheese (I used the Taco Bell brand because I'm obsessed with their fake cheese. But you could use shredded cheddar, or make your own cheese sauce via your typical roux)
- 1 chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning (or make your own. I just wanted to save time)
- cilantro (of course)
- sour cream
- EVOO
Cheesy Creamed Spinach

Directions Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 3 (10 ounce) bags clean fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons minced white onion
- 6 slices shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Easy Butter Cookies

Cream together butter, egg, cream cheese, and vanilla with an electric mixer
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
Poppy Seed Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 1/2 rolls of crackers)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 T poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Pioneer Woman's BBQ Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sauce:
- 1-1/2 - pound Ground Beef
- 3/4 - cups Oatmeal (I used quick oats)
- 1 - cup Milk
- 3 - Tablespoons Very Finely Minced Onion
- 1-1/2 - teaspoon Salt
- Plenty Of Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 - cup Ketchup
- 2 - Tablespoons Sugar or brown sugar
- 3 - Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 - Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 4 - Tablespoons - 6 Tablespoons Onion (optional)
- 1 - dash Tabasco (I used Louisiana hot sauce)
- To Cook Meatballs:
- 1 - cup All-Purpose Flour
- (coating For Frozen Meatballs)
- Canola Oil (a couple tablespoons)

In a deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 6 oz crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- steamed white rice

In a medium bowl, start by combining your dry ingredients: flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
