- 8 Chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken soup
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 8 oz. Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms, sauteed in butter or olive oil
- 16 asparagus spears, cooked
Three Envelope Pot Roast

Whisk together water, salsa and seasoning packets
- 1 3-4 lb beef roast
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup salsa (or water if you don't want it spicy)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope Italian dressing mix
- 1 envelope Au Jus mix

- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound small shrimp, deveined - shells & tails removed
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 3/4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

- cornstarch (for dusting)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 package fresh button mushrooms
- 4 small zucchini
