Baked White Spaghetti

You will want about 2 cups of cooked, chopped chicken for this recipe
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 16 oz container of sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 -1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
CRISPY FRIED GREEN BEANS

In a large dutch oven, pour oil to a depth of 2 inches
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1 - cup all purpose flour
- 1 - cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 - tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1/2 - teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 - pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 - cup whole buttermilk
- 1 - recipe zesty dipping sauce
- Zesty Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 - cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 - cup ketchup
- 1 - tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

In a large skillet cook ground beef, onion and garlic until the beef is no longer pink
- Sauce-
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (or more to your taste)
- Filling-
- 1 1/4 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2/3 cup buttermilk

EASY CHICKEN CHILI

In a 4 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (I always omit this and it still tastes great)
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream, if desired (I love sour cream so I always add it!)
- chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
