1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 1/2 cups creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

- 4 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Broccoli, Grape, and Pasta Salad

Preheat oven to 350°
- 1 cup chopped pecans (I used 1/2 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup cashews - I had them already for a recipe later this week, and didn't want to have to buy another package of pecans to make a cup)
- 1/2 (16-oz.) package farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I only used a half cup)
- 1/3 cup sugar (I only used about 1/8 cup)
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar (skipped this one altogether, and it still tasted delicious)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved (I couldn't find red grapes in my local grocery store, so I used green grapes. I thought I'd be dissatisfied, but I really loved the bite it brought to the pasta salad)
- 8 cooked bacon slices, crumbled (again, we overdosed, and will never go back)
SWEET AND SOUR PORK

Brown the pork roast on all sides and put it in your slow cooker
- 2-3 pound lean pork roast
- 1 cup sugar (seems like a lot, but it mellows out)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)

- 1/2 cup Neelys Barbecue Seasoning, recipe follows
- 6 ounces chopped pork, beef or chicken
- 4 ounces Neelys Barbecue Sauce, recipe follows

- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced jalapenos, drained
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups paprika
- 3 3/4 tablespoons onion powder

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
- 10 jalapenos, deseeded and diced
- 1/2 pound fried bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Cook macaroni according to package directions
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 8 ounces VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cubed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1: In a large pot of salted water, bring to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente
- 1 (12 ounce) package macaroni
- 3 tomatoes (seeded and diced)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 (12 ounce) can tuna fish (drained)
- 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon creamy Italian salad dressing
