Perfect, Creamy, Fettuccine Alfredo

Layer chicken between wax paper and pound breasts to even thickness
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb linguine noodles
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 scant cup chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 basil leaves, chiffonaded
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C)
- 3 lb (about 20 pieces) chicken wings
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBSP ketchup
- 1 cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- minced scallion for garnish (optional)

Wash your potatoes and cut them into bite sized wedges then toss them into the crock pot
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Cold Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Minced Onions
- 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Chives

Roll cubed steak in flour
- 1 pound Cubed Steak (about 4 Pieces)
- Flour For Breading
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
- 3 cups Water, Divided
- 3 envelopes Beef Gravy Or Mushroom Gravy, 1 Ounce Packets (beef, Mushroom Beef, Herbed Beef, Mushroom...mix And Match To Your Liking)
Spaghetti Pie

1. Boil some water, salt it well and toss in about 6 ounces of spaghetti noodles
- PIE:
- 6 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 C cottage cheese
- MEAT SAUCE:
- 1 pound sausage (ground sausage like Jimmy Dean, works best)
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1/2 C green pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, grated
Roasted Cornish Game Hens

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 Cornish game hens, about 1 1/2 pounds each, rinsed and dried thoroughly
- 1 green bell pepper, large dice
- 2 stalks celery, large dice
- 1 onion, large dice
Slow cooker cheesy chicken and rice

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, chopped (I use Vidalia)
- 1 -8 ounce box Zatarain's Yellow Rice Mix, cooked according to directions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 - 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup (regular or fat free)
- 1 -15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
