  • 2 Tbl. butter
  • 2-3 Tbl. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 large chicken breasts - again, we used chicken thigs (about 9 medium pieces)
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers - we used one, and it was plenty.

  • 3 C cheddar cheese, grated - we used about 2 cups, and it worked well.
  • 1 t dried parsley - fresh outta parsley. random, I know. so we used Italian seasoning instead.

  • 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 T sour cream
  • 2 T butter
