Dena's Salad Wraps!

In a medium bowl, place lettuce, tomato, cheese, turkey, avacado, and bacon
- Lettuce, chopped
- Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Avacado, chopped
- 5-6 slices of turkey, chopped
- 2 slices of Colby-Jack cheese, cut into squares
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Ranch dressing to taste
- Flour tortillas or my favorite...Mission Sun Dried Tomato Basil Wraps
CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN

- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt (such as Lawry's)
- Canola or Vegetable Oil
Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5 lbs. russet potatoes
- 10 slices bacon
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chives minced
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- 1 Large Tortilla
- 3 Tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

Barbecue Meatloaf:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 pound Ground Chuck
- 3/4 pound Ground Sirloin
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 heaping tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder {I like Ancho Chili Powder from Penzy's}
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 12-14 {or half a cup} Saltine Crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 {12 ounce} package of Bacon
Breakfast Pizza

Preheat the oven to 500. Fry bacon strips over medium-high heat until crisp
- 1 thin crust store-bought pizza dough
- 10 strips bacon
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 6-8 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- olive oil, for brushing
Spicy Basil Chicken

Start by heating a large skillet or wok on medium high heat, add the oil
- 2 teaspoons canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 small onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chi
Bacon cheese Fries

Step 1: Heat a large fry pan to medium low heat
- 1 (32 ounce) package French fries
- 1 (15 ounce) can nacho cheese sauce
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)

Homemade Honey Mustard

- 1/2 C dry mustard
- 1/4 C honey
- 1/2 C white vinegar
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t allspice
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t ground white pepper
