Chili's Chili Queaso

Combine all ingredients in a med size saucepan
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 16 oz box of Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 15 oz can Hormel Chili (no beans, and not chunky)
- 1 c. milk
- 4 t. chili powder
- 2 t. paprika
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/2 t. ground cayenne
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
Cheesecake Nutella Twists

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and egg until creamy
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz. each)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. Nutella
- 1/4 c. white chips, melted
SALMON CROQUETTES

Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon or lime juice and olive oil
- Salmon filet (1-1.5 lbs.)
- 2-3 T. mayo
- 3 green onions, sliced

- 1 cup butter

- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel bits
- FROSTING
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup fresh flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Fill a big stock pot with water
- 5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken fryer
- 1 - 12 oz package spaghetti noodles
- 1 - 16 oz (1 lb) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 - 14 oz can chicken broth or 2 cups reserved broth
- 1 - stick margarine (1/2 Cup)
- 1 - 8oz package shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 3-4 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, choppe
