Sausage Burgers on English Muffin Buns

. Pre-heat the broiler. 2
- 1 pounds ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar or maple syrup
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 sandwich-size English muffins, regular or whole grain, toasted
Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Broccoli Over Rice

1. Place soups, chicken broth, salt, Cajun and garlic seasoning into a crockpot over low heat
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 14oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 14 oz can cheddar soup
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I used Emeril’s brand)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt seasoning (Lawrys)
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 6 Cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed, just fork tender ( I cook it in boiling water for 3-4 minutes)
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
BLT Lettuce Wraps

Carefully remove 2 large outer leaves of a head of lettuce
- 4 slices lean bacon (pork or turkey) cooked and chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise (I like Hellman's)
- 3 large iceberg lettuce leaves
- fresh cracked pepper
ULTIMATE CREAMED CORN

Spray bottom and sides of 3 - 4 qt
- 2 (16 ozs) bags frozen whole kernel corn
- 12 ozs. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- (I always use 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- (I used 6 Tb.)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- (I used Splenda)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Beef Stroganoff

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs Round Steak
- 2 - 8oz packages cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I use the healthy request)
- 2 cups sour cream (I use lite)
- salt and pepper to taste
- hot cooked rice (I use brown)
Kool Aid Frosting

I mixed my milk with the kool-aid mix to make sure any lumps might be dissolved
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) softened
- 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Kool-aid unsweetened drink mix
Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

Brown ground beef with onions and salt and pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion finely chopped (can use minced onion)
- salt and pepper
- 1 can (29 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (29 ounces) whole tomatoes (can also use fresh tomatoes)
- 1 can (12 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup Parmigiana cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder or minced garlic
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 beef boulion cube
- 3/4-1 cup water
Lucky Charms Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pans with liners
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup finely crushed Lucky Charms (cereal pieces only, no marshmallows)
- ~25 drops green food coloring
- Marshmallow Buttercream
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup room temperature unsalted butter
- 1 (13 oz) container marshmallow fluff
Chicken Pasta Salad

Combine cooled chicken, chopped vegetables, and olives
- Italian Dressing:
- 1 lb. cooked, shredded chicken (I usually use a 12-ounce can of chicken)
- 1 lb. cooked rotini noodles (or bow tie)
- 2 heads broccoli, finely chopped (the smaller the better)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/3 onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing (don't skip this--it's what holds it all together)
- 2 envelopes dry Italian dressing mix
- 6 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 4-1/2 Tbs. water
- 3/4 cup oil (you can reduce this some)
Cheesy French Bread

Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder and ground red pepper
- * 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (will probably work with any of your favorite cheeses) or 2 cups Mexican blend cheese (will probably work with any of your favorite cheeses)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (feel free to use cloves of fresh garlic minced)
- 1 dash ground red pepper
- French bread, cut in half lengthwise
