1. Place soups, chicken broth, salt, Cajun and garlic seasoning into a crockpot over low heat

  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 14oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 14 oz can cheddar soup
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I used Emeril’s brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt seasoning (Lawrys)
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 6 Cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed, just fork tender ( I cook it in boiling water for 3-4 minutes)
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Italian Dressing:
  • 1 lb. cooked, shredded chicken (I usually use a 12-ounce can of chicken)
  • 1 lb. cooked rotini noodles (or bow tie)
  • 2 heads broccoli, finely chopped (the smaller the better)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 onion, chopped
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing (don't skip this--it's what holds it all together)
  • 2 envelopes dry Italian dressing mix
  • 6 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 4-1/2 Tbs. water
  • 3/4 cup oil (you can reduce this some)

  • * 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (will probably work with any of your favorite cheeses) or 2 cups Mexican blend cheese (will probably work with any of your favorite cheeses)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (feel free to use cloves of fresh garlic minced)
  • 1 dash ground red pepper
  • French bread, cut in half lengthwise
