  • 1 jar sauerkraut (I do not rinse mine)
  • 1/2 Tbl caraway seeds *note – you can omit this if you hate caraway seeds but for me it makes the dish

  • Spice or choc cake mix
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c of raisins
  • I also added 1/4 c of water to the above recipe.
  • I used 2 T each of raisins, mini choc chips,dried cranberries..instead of just plain raisins.
