PROTEIN BARS

From Cindy Jones.... I TOPPED MINE WITH CRUSHED WALNUTS AND NEXT TIME I WILL HALF THE OATMEAL AND DO THE OTHER
- 2 CPS OR 1 (16OZ) JAR NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER (I USE CRUNCHY)
- 1 3/4 CPS HONEY
- 2 1/4 CPS CHOCOLATE WHEY PROTEIN OR 1/2 CHOC 1/2 VAN PROTEIN
- 3 CPS UNCOOKED OATMEAL
Spaghetti Sauce

Very good and easy
- 1 pound ground turkey sausage or beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano or 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Hot cooked spaghetti
- Fresh oregano, optional
CRANBERRY MOLD (LAYERED)

Drain raspberries. Reserve syrup
- 1 CUP (10 OZ. PKG.) FROZEN, THAWED, RED RASPBERRIES
- Reserved Raspberry syrup plus water to
- Make 2-1/2 cups
- 2 packages (3 oz. Each) S.F. raspberry gelatin
- 3/4 cup (8 oz. can) whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 8 oz. lite cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
Cranberry Jello Salad

*Wouldn't set. Added a small box of sf cranberry jello and about 1/2 c water
- 1 small box fat-free sugar-free Jell-O Gelatin -- cherry
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 cab crushed pineapple
- 12 ounces Cool Whip Free
SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 350. Mix sweet potatoes, egg whites, Splenda, pumpkin, vanilla and milk together until smooth
- Topping:
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (I bake them, cool them and mash them)
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup canned (not the pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- Dash of vanilla salt
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter

This gluten-free donut recipe has no rice flour, or soy flour, and no dairy
- For sugar dusting:
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1 cup potato starch (not potato flour)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
