- 2 sticks softened butter
- 2 TBSP honey
- 3 TBSP dijon
- 3 TBSP spicy brown mustard
Fourth of July Burgers

Mix together first 9 ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup Burgundy wine
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
Soup: Creamy Broccoflower

1.Combine potatoes, onions, garlic and celery in a soup pot
- 3 cups red potatoes, diced
- 2 cups chopped red onions
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 3 cups water
- 5 cups chopped broccoflower
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups non-fat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 pounds beef rump roast, rinsed and patted dry
- Salt and pepper

- 3/4 cup Madeira wine
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped
