2013: Classic New Orleans Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Bread Pudding:
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 8 slices day old French bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- Spiced Cream:
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Vitamix: Cole Slaw Dressing

For Slaw: 1. Place cabbage wedges, baby carrots and onions into the Vitamix container in two batches
- For Slaw
- 4 cups (350 g) cabbage, cut into 2-inch wedges
- 1/2 cup baby carrots
- 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped green onion
- For Dressing
- 1/2 cup (120 g) fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (120 g) fat-free sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ground black pepper to taste
Bob's Pressure Cooker White Chocolate Rice Pudding with Raspberries

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup Arborio or Calrose rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pint raspberries
- Shaved white chocolate or additional chips, for garnish

- Muffins:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and coarsely mashed
- Frosting:
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Zucchini-Corn Fritters

Toss the zucchini with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes
- 2 medium zucchini, coarsely shredded
- Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 ears corn, kernels cut off 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- Vegetable oil, for frying

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 6 natural chicken breast halves, bone in, skin on
