- 1/2 cup peeled, shredded apple
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice*
- 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup Smucker's® Apple Jelly
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted, if desired

For the Pie Crust: Chill bowl and paddle of kitchen aide standing mixer
- For the Pie Crust:
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pund cold unsalted butter (cut into 1/2" cubes)..
- For the Turkey Filling:
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 medium carrots (cut into 1/2" half moons)
- 2 celery ribs (halved lengthwise and cut on the bias into 1/2" thick pieces)
- 1 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprigs rosemary
- 1 leaves sage
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 4 oz butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 bay leaves
- 1 quart turkey/chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups cooked dark turkey meat (pulled in bite-size pieces)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
Creamy Banana Bread

Cream the butter or margarine and cream cheese together
- ■1/2 C. margarine, softened
- ■1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- ■1 1/4 C. white sugar
- ■2 eggs
- ■1 C. mashed bananas
- ■1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ■2 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
- ■1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- ■1/2 tsp. baking soda
- ■3/4 C. chopped pecans
- ■2 Tbs. brown sugar
- ■2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Paula's Creamy Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 8 cups fresh spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zest finely grated
- 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 6 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) Parmesan, freshly grated, divided
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon bottled cayenne pepper sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Serving suggestion: Pita Chips, for dipping

- 1 Recipe Basil-Tarragon Vinaigrette
- 3 tbs. fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots -- peeled and sliced -- into 1/4 inch piece
- 1 small zucchini squash -- halved and cut into -- 1/3 inch slices
- 1 small yellow squash -- halved and cut into 1/3 inch slices
- 1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced sweet green pepper
- 1 can black olives -- sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 can artichoke hearts -- drained and cut into bite sized pie
- 1 bunch green onions -- cleaned and chopped
- 6 oz. whole wheat pasta
- Additional fresh grated parmesan cheese.
Pasta: Rachael's Asparagus Pasta Salad

- 1 small shallot or 1/2 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it
- 1 pound asparagus, thin spears
- 2 endive, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 pound bow tie pasta, farfalle, cooked to al dente and cooled
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fla- leaf parsley, a couple of handfuls
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cupoil
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
PGX Oatmeal Cookies

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon………………………cream together
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt……………………………...add in to above mixture
- 1/4 cup PGX 100 (27.5g) ……………………..add just before setting in preheated 350 oven
