- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
Bread: Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in large bowl
- 1 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 C. cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 C. LAND O LAKES(r) Butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice**
- 1-tsp. baking soda
- 1/2-tsp. salt
- 1/4-tsp. baking powder

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE first 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup mozzarella

- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cupKRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Claire's Vanilla Bean Coconut Smothie

Combine the water, honey and vanilla bean pod in a small saucepan over low heat
- 1/2 water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon torn fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
- Coconut water, frozen in ice cube tray (approximately 1/2 tray)

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon (7 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons (60 ml) butter, melted
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coarsely chopped pecans
- 5 cups (1.25 L) very stale French or Italian bread, with crust, cut into cubes
- 1 recipe bourbon sauce (see below)
- Bourbon Sauce*
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) bourbon, brandy, rum, or spirit of your choice

1. Add all ingredients to pressure cooker, stir well and securely lock on lid
- To make your own porcupine meatballs in place of the frozen meatballs, combine:
- 2 pounds (32 oz.) frozen meatballs
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cp light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- (Increase cookin time by 1 minute)
