- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Splash of maraschino cherry syrup
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/4 cup coconut rum
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 7 cups of ice
- Orange slices, to garnish
- Pineapple wedges, to garnish
- Maraschino cherries with stems, to garnish
Giada's Banana Muffins

Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners
- Muffins :
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and coarsely mashed
- Frosting :
- 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
Vitamix: Raspberry Vinaigrette

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed secure lid
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple cider or raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup (60 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Hot Chili Sauce

- 1 cup distilled white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Rachael's Meatloaf Muffins with Barbecue Sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 2/3 to 1 3/4 pounds ground sirloin
- 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
- 2 ribs celery from the heart of the stalk, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large egg plus a splash of milk, beaten
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grill seasoning (recommended: Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick)
- 1 cup smoky barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato salsa
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Vegetable oil or extra-virgin olive oil
Dr. Oz Pasta Primavera

Warm the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 to 6 minutes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 4 oz cooked chicken breast cut into thin strips
- Dash of salt

- 2 split (1 whole) chicken breasts, bone in, skin on (1 1/2 pounds)
- Good olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/2 cup good mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves, divided
- 1 cup green grapes, cut in 1/2
- Lettuce leaves, for serving

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 cupun sweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 recipe Chocolate-Buttermilk Frosting (see recipe below)
