Cook the beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and black pepper in a 10-inch skillet until the beef is well brown...
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups Campbell's Tomato Juice
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- sour cream
- sliced green onion
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- chopped tomato
Sautéed Yellow Squash

- 6 medium summer squash, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced thinly or diced

Barbecue Black Bean Chili

In 4½-quart Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan, mix chili ingredients
- 1 container (18 oz) refrigerated original barbecue sauce with shredded pork or chicken
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Progresso black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) Progresso crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14 oz) beef broth
- 1 package (1.25 oz) Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Strawberry Blush Sangria

- 1 part lemonade
- 1 part berry sparkling mineral water

Whisk together melted butter and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag miniature marshmallows
- beat together until smooth, 1 (16oz) pkg sifted powdered sugar,
- 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup softened butter, and 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
Beef Burgundy Stew with Dumplings

In a 5-quart slow cooker, mix all stew ingredients except water and flour
- Stew:
- 2 lbs boneless beef bottom or top round, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices (or 2 cups ready-to-eat baby carrots)
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 jars (4.5 oz each) Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 cup dry red wine or beef flavored broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Dumplings:
- 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crushed
- 1/2 cup milk
Fiesta Chicken Skillet

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef and onion over medium-high heat
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (15 oz) chili with beans
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked 5 minutes, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons drained chopped green chilies (optional)
Raspberry Plum Crumble

- 2 pounds red plums, cut in half, pitted, and cut in 1-inch wedges
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, plus extra for sprinkling
